Curt is focused on building relationships with potential equity partners
as well as strategic planning and growth initiatives for Ziff Properties.

His experience includes 25 years in the investment banking and investment
management industries. He has served as a Senior Managing Director of
Bear Stearns and Company, a Managing Director of Donaldson, Lufkin &
Jenrette and the Director of Credit Research for Satellite Asset
Management, a $6 billion dollar multi-strategy hedge fund.

Curt is a 1980 graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the
University of Virginia and currently serves on the school's Advisory
Board.
