As Director of Acquisitions, Chuck is responsible for locating leased investment and redevelopment opportunities for ZPI, with the focus being on retail, industrial and office properties.

Chuck’s experience includes 10 years in the real estate investment and development industry.  He began his career at Marcus & Millichap in the investment sales group and later served as Vice President of Development for First Centrum, a Mid-Atlantic based multifamily residential developer.

Chuck received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
