The ZPI Leasing Department understands that the key to any property’s success is the success of its tenants.  Combining backgrounds in brokerage, property management, construction, and law has created a leasing team with hands-on knowledge, strong communication skills, and a focus on details, all with an eye towards furthering tenant success.  Team members rely on strong relationships throughout the real estate industry, efficient leasing procedures, practical lease negotiation skills, in-house document preparation and experienced lease administration.  Leasing agents for ZPI work closely with brokerage firms that are experts in local markets.  These firms offer familiarity with current tenants and provide additional relationships with potential local, regional, and national tenants.  Our efforts generate greater traffic for shopping centers, greater efficiency in our flex and industrial properties, and greater synergy within our office buildings.
