Stephen Ziff, founder and CEO of Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced management changes to provide for growth and expansion.

Tim Walter, presently ZPI’s Chief Financial Officer, will become the company’s Chief Executive Officer in September. To facilitate the transition, ZPI is presently recruiting a Treasurer to assume most of Tim’s responsibility.

Stephen will assume the role of Chairman.

Ziff Properties, Inc., located in Charleston, South Carolina, owns a portfolio of twenty-four office, retail and industrial properties comprising approximately three million square feet located from Jacksonville,
Florida to Norfolk, Virginia.
