ZPI hired Jim Wiggins as the new Director of Construction on March 26, 2007. Jim will be managing all aspects of new construction and renovations of existing properties. Jim will also assist Kristi Rooks, Director of Development, with her due diligence and site evaluations for potential developments. Jim brings thirty five years of heavy construction and site development experience with him.
