ZPI has named Tim Norton their Director of Leasing. Tim is responsible for all aspects of leasing the ZPI portfolio including negotiating terms with brokers and tenants directly, lease administration, and tenant relations.

Tim began his career as an attorney in private practice in Charleston, SC. He joined ZPI in May of 2006 as a Leasing Specialist and is currently the Director of Leasing. He graduated from George Mason University in 1995 with a BA in foreign language. In 1998 he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

Tim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and attends all major ICSC conferences.
