Ziff Properties is pleased to announce that Starbucks Coffee and Rita's Ice have signed leases for space at the Marketplace at Southern Shores. Both tenants are leasing 1,747 square feet in the newly renovated former movie theater space at the center. These will be the first stores on the Outer Banks for both Starbucks and Rita's Ice and both expect to open in the spring of 2008. Starbucks and Rita's Ice will be joining an already strong mix of tenants including Food Lion, CVS, The UPS Store, Dollar Tree, and Movie Gallery.
