ZPI is pleased to announce that the first phase of the redevelopment of
Myrtle Grove Village is nearing completion. Home Depot is now open for
business and construction on two buildings should be complete and tenants
open for business in February 2008. Anchor tenants at the center include
Home Depot, Staples and PetSmart. Other tenants include Hallmark Gold
Crown, Cape Fear Pool and Spa, Michaelangelo's and Peking Wok. The entire
project will be finished by November of 2008.
