Starbucks in the Market Place at Southern Shores is now open.  The first Starbucks store on the Outer Banks opened this spring and is performing well.  Other tenants at the center are reaping benefits from the increased foot traffic generated by Starbucks.  Ziff Properties, Inc. continues to pursue other national and junior national tenants for the center, as well as local retail operators to round out the tenant mix at this dynamic property.
