Jim Wiggins, ZPI's Dirctor of Construction,  took and passed the LEED Professional Accreditation Exam for Existing Buildings on Oct. 27, 2008. This accreditation provides a standard for professionals participating in the operation and maintenance of existing buildings. This achievement will enhance Ziff's  efforts and credibility in it's pursuit of environmentally friendly operations and maintenance of existing buildings. Jim will be able to provide the critical link between LEED standards and professional practices.
