ZPI is pleased to announce that Magna Legal Services, LLC has signed a lease for 5,399 RSF in the Bridgeport I building located at 210 Wingo Way, Mt. Pleasant, SC.   The tenant signed a 5 year lease with options to extend the lease through the year 2020.  Magna Legal Services, LLC provides support services such as court reporting and jury research to law firms of all sizes and has offices in Philadelphia and New York.  Magna's decision to lease at Bridgeport I was due in part to the Landlord's willingness to make a significant contribution to the cost of building out the space.  Bridgeport I is a state of the art Class A office building located at the foot of the Ravenel Bridge in Mt.
