Ziff Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Tuesday Morning has extended their lease at Lanier Plaza in Brunswick, Georgia. Exact terms of the deal were not announced, but Tuesday Morning occupies 8,787 square feet and renewed the Lease for five years.  The transaction was handled internally on behalf of the parties, with Jason Mallette conducting negotiations for Tuesday Morning.   Lanier Plaza is a 220,000 sf shopping center anchored by Winn Dixie, Tuesday Morning and Maxway, and is located on Glynn Avenue at the Torres Causeway to Saint Simon Island.  Some vacancies remain available and the Landlord is aggressively seeking tenants by offering attractive, flexible terms.  Leasing inquiries should be directed to Tim Norton.
