Ziff Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Heritage Christian Center will open at Normandy Village.  On October 7th and 8th, the church will host a dedication and coronation ceremony in conjunction with a conference hosted by Bishop I.V. Hilliard of Houston, Texas.  The conference, titled Next Level, will focus on proven strategies to excel in tough times. The church occupies 15,000 sf of the former Publix space and joins North Jacksonville Dialysis, and Concentra Health Systems as a tenant.  The church was represented by Dr. James White; Ryan Landers of Colliers Dickinson represented the Landlord.
