CitiTrends to Open at Kalmia Plaza

Ziff Properties is pleased to announce that build out of the space for Cititrends is now complete and the space has been turned over to Cititrends so they may install fixtures and stock shelves.  Cititrends has a grand opening planned for November 19, 2009.  Once open, the store will operate seven days a week,  Monday though Saturday ten to eight and on Sundays from one to six.  Interior Woodworking of Charleston was the General Contractor for the work, and is also the contractor conducting the façade renovations.  Renovations to the remainder of the center are expected to be complete by early January  2010.
