Ziff Properties today announced that Charlie's Lemongrass Thai Restaurant at Litchford Village in Raleigh, North Carolina had been selected as their Retail Tenant of the Year.   Charlie  Bhudasuwan has operated the restaurant since it opened in 2002.  Serving  traditional Thai favorites for lunch and dinner, the restaurant is open for lunch & dinner, Sunday - Saturday, and the lease was recently renewed for three more years.    Lemongrass is an integral part of the tenant mix at Litchford Village, which is anchored by Food Lion, and fits in well with mastering Math, Storybook Safari, (the tailor), Modern Enhancements and Cabana Tans.  As part of the award Charlie received a gift certificate to Sullivans.
