ZPI PURCHASES SWEET APPLE VILLAGE - Roswell, GA
 Ziff Properties, Inc. has purchased the +/-62,000 square foot  mixed-use center known as Sweet Apple Village, located at 12030 Etris Road in Roswell, GA.  The upscale center is unanchored and was built in 2009.  Tenants include Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Kumon Math & Reading Center, The Core, an italian tavern, a mexican grill, and several other soft good and service providers.  Ziff Properties was self represented by Christian Chamblee and Shaun Payne in the transaction.  Craig Taylor of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.   Ziff Properties paid $6,250,000 for Sweet Apple Village and continues to aggressively seek multi-tenant commercial property in the Southeastern United States.  Please submit all properties for sale to Christian Chamblee at cchamblee@zpi.net.
