THE YOGA HOUSE OPENING AT CROSSROADS - Charleston, SC
The Yoga House of Charleston will be opening in February 2012 at Crossroads Shopping Centre at 1836 Ashley River Road in Charleston, SC, across from Barnes and Noble.  The Yoga House occupies 2,360 square feet between Firehouse Subs and Springleaf Finance and is a great addition to the diverse group of tenants located at Crossroads. 
 
The Yoga House of Charleston offers an array of classes from internationally trained instructors, including hot yoga, vinyasa flow, prenatal, post-natal, yin, Jivamukti style, and gentle yoga.  Yoga-related items will also be for sale.   This is the first location for the owners.  The husband and wife owners and their studio director have a combined 20 years experience practicing and teaching yoga.
 
Crossroads Centre is located at the intersection of Sam Rittenburg and Ashley River Road, one of the busiest intersections in West Ashley, and has a daily traffic count of more than 38,500 VPD.  It is nearly 100% occupied with one vacant suite of 3,200 square feet remaining.  The Landlord was represented in the transaction by Melissa Autrey of ZPI.
