IT'S FASHION SET TO OPEN AT ROOSEVELT GARDENS - Norfolk, VA
Ziff Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that It’s Fashion Metro has signed a lease for 7,500 square feet of space in the Roosevelt Gardens Shopping Center.  To accommodate It’s Fashion Metro, the current Cato store will relocate to 6,160 square feet, and It's Fashion Metro will backfill the CATO space.   It's Fashion Metro is a division of The CATO Corporation, and specializes in trendier fashion that appeals to a younger demographic than Cato serves.  Construction is underway and Cato will open in the new location prior to Easter and It’s Fashion Metro will open in July or August, in time for back-to-school sales.  The Landlord was represented in the transaction by Chris Read, Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, Norfolk.  The Tenant was represented by Frank M. Galleher, III of Grubb Ellis Harrison Bates.
The CATO Corporation, a Charlotte, NC based company, operates more than 1,200 stores in 31 states.   Ziff Properties owns and manages 27 commercial properties throughout the Southeast.    
Roosevelt Gardens is a busy shopping center located at 2300 East Little Creek Road, Norfolk, Virginia.  The center is currently being renovated and is nearly 100% occupied, with   vacancies of 3,125 and 1,080 square feet remaining.
