ZPI OPENS NEW OFFICE LOCATION - Roswell, GA
Ziff Properties, Inc. has opened a new office in Roswell. The new office will serve the Atlanta market.
ZPI's new office is located in the recently purchased Sweet Apple Village shopping center, 2030 Etris Road, Suite D-110.
Kevin Beringer, an Atlanta native, will head the new office and be an on-site leasing agent for Sweet Apple Village. Colliers International-Atlanta is co-leasing the center with ZPI.
Ziff is headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and have offices in Charlotte, Wilmington, and Savannah.
