Christian Chamblee

Christian directs ZPI's acquisition process for real estate transactions, and evaluates purchase opportunities in the market. 
 

Christian graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in 2002 and with a Master of Science in 2005.  He has been involved with large real estate transactions since 2002 in South Carolina and surrounding states.  Christian has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of $75,000,000 worth of multi-tenant retail and office properties, completed $20,000,000 in commercial leasing transactions, and spearheaded $50,000,000 in multifamily and senior housing development.
