Bowman Curve retail shopping center was acquired by Ziff Properties, Inc. in June of 2017. ZPI immediately commenced renovations and repairs to bring the 81,271-square-foot retail center back to its former glory. Improvements include a modern paint design on the facade, new awnings, signage, exterior lighting, parking lot lighting LED conversion, murals, and the addition of bike racks.
ZPI acquired the center when it was 65% occupied. One year after the improvements and a new leasing strategy, Bowman Curve is currently 82.5% occupied.
Director of Leasing and Property Management, Kevin Beringer says, “We had no doubt this property had great potential and with a lot of attention, ZPI could bring it back to being a well known destination in the neighborhood. The community response to our improvements has been great and we are thrilled to see this shopping center come to life.”
